Meet Our Team
Jim has been with Management Recruiters since 1976. He started the firm after a successful career with the world's leading manufacturer of fluid power equipment where he held senior positions in strategic planning and business unit management. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point and holds a degree in Engineering. He specializes in Senior Management searches in sales, marketing, general management, manufacturing, and engineering. Jim is also responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the firm.
Jim has been recognized as a member of MRI's Ring of Honor for his contributions to Management Recruiters International. His other achievements include MRI Corporate Awards as a member of the President's and Million Dollar Clubs.
Scott joined Management Recruiters of San Antonio in 1998 as a Project Coordinator following 10 years in manufacturing and 6 years in big-ticket item retail sales. In this role Scott was responsible for supporting multiple projects by sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates for mid to senior level management opportunities.
Scott was promoted to Account Manager in 2000 and is responsible for business development and fulfillment. His primary focus is on plant level operation positions within the food and beverage and general manufacturing industries.
Scott has earned the Pacesetter Award, which is achieved by the top producers at Management Recruiters International and in his spare time he truly enjoys playing golf and on rare occasions he will take enough time off to go fishing at the coast.
Lori has been with Management Recruiters of San Antonio since April 1995. She is currently a Project Manager responsible for managing the research and recruiting of candidates in our specialty area of manufacturing operations. Lori has earned the Pacesetter Award, which is achieved by the top producers at Management Recruiters International. Prior to joining the MRI family, Lori spent a majority of her career with a Fortune 500 food company in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
Sarah joined Management Recruiters in the spring of 2005 as Project Coordinator. She has a solid background in economic and industry research. Sarah is a native of southern Minnesota where she received her BS in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She is currently pursing her MBA in Marketing at UT - San Antonio.
